Schools & Youth Programs
Hands-on fire safety for children.
No lecture. No scare tactics. A program built around what kids actually remember — doing it themselves, with a real firefighter who knows how to talk to children.
Who it's for
- Elementary and middle school classrooms, K through 8
- After-school programs and community youth organizations
- Summer camps and recreation centers
- Any group working with children who want fire safety done right
How it works
- Captain Stefano comes to your school or program — no field trip required
- Sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, sized for a single classroom or a full assembly
- Age-appropriate language and activities — nothing designed to frighten
- Children practice stop, drop, and roll, escape routes, and calling 911
What children leave with
- A clear understanding of what to do when they hear a smoke alarm
- Beyond "stop, drop, and roll to "Get Out and Go"
- Confidence to act — and to tell their family what they learned
- A take-home sheet to start the conversation at home
- A memory of fire safety that sticks — because they did it, not just heard it
